1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how tesselith.work ("we," "us," or "our") handles information through our Split to groups application ("Application") on the monday.com platform. We do not store user data or track individuals, and we prioritize minimal data access.
2. Data Handling Principles
The Application operates under strict data minimization:
We do not store personal data (including, but not limited to names, emails, contact info, boards data or data from monday's account), but during the split operation we process user specified column values that may contain personal data solely for the purpose of moving items between groups. This data is not retained after the operation completes.
3. Required Permissions
The Application requires these monday.com OAuth scopes:
boards:read- read list of available columns and groups, read values of specified column for determination of target group for the itemsboards:write- create missing groups on the board and move items to the target groups
Permissions are used exclusively during user-initiated actions when the Application is open.
4. Data Flow & Security
- Infrastructure: Hosted entirely within monday CDN.
- Encryption: All data in API queries to the monday.com is encrypted in transit by TLS.
5. Third-Party Services
The Application uses PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics platform, to collect minimal anonymized technical information about browser, app performance, errors and app feature interactions solely for the purpose of providing uninterrupted and high-quality service. None of your boards' or account information leaves monday.com ecosystem.
The following third-party domains are used for communication with Posthog:

6. Data Locations
All board data is processed within monday.com's data centers, adhering to their regional compliance standards. Aforementioned anonymous technical information is stored inside the EU.
